Charles came out right after a huge storm in Denver. My bedroom ceiling was leaking from the roof so it was an emergency. Charles was lovely. He was professional and helped quite a bit. After finding that the leak was manageable without cutting into my ceiling he decided to not even charge me for the visit. This is the type of business you should trust and call in an emergency. I would not recommend any of the big guys. They would have never done something like that.

The team at CARE was wonderful to work with. I had a flood in my mostly unfinished basement due to a broken sprinkler pipe and they were so helpful and responsive in helping mitigate any damage and get things dried out. It was clear they knew what they were doing, listened to my concerns, and explained things very well. It was the complete opposite experience of another restoration company who'd also come out to take a look. I hope I don't need CARE again, but if I do, they will be first on my list!

Our basement flooded due to groundwater seeping up from heavy rains and our carpet was completely saturated. Tyler and his team removed and hauled away the carpet within 36 hours of my phone call. They ran fans to dry everything out completely and also removed damaged tile. After checking for mold, they removed what they found from my drywall to keep it from spreading. I can't say enough about how responsive and kind they were. I felt safe having them in my home and I felt like they truly cared about the quality of their work and the outcome of my basement. I would highly recommend them and I'm definitely keeping their number handy. After my experience with them I wouldn't call anyone else.

Unfortunately my water heater leaked into my unit and down below doing damage. I called CARE and they arrived within an hour, set up what was needed to minimize further damage and then made sure what had been damaged was removed. They worked great with my insurance to make my experience less painful. I whole heartedly recommend them if you need their services and will call them if I ever need their services again. Their knowledge helped me to navigate through this process efficiently. Thank you!

I don't have any experience with black mold, so when I found some in my laundry room, I started to remove it myself before realizing I should probably call a professional. I called CARE and James scheduled an inspection with me within the day. Charles came and inspected the scene, and leveled with me that the level of mold wasn't that bad, I'd already done most of the work, and I didn't really need to hire anyone. He even gave me a few tips to finish the job. I did not end up hiring CARE, but I will definitely trust them with any restoration projects I have in the future because of their responsiveness and integrity.

Hi! Wanted to share and recommend a company. CARE Restoration. A little over a week ago (Sat about 10pm), we discovered that our dishwasher had leaked into the kitchen and consequently into our newly finished basement below. We called CARE Restoration. They came out at 7:30 the next morning (Sunday) and went to work. They installed industrial fans in our kitchen and removed part of the ceiling in our basement to install fans there too. They came by daily to check on the status of the drying. Today, it is dry. Our hardwood floor is flat and really no damage to the floor. The basement ceiling and insulation will need to be replaced, but that shouldn't be a big job. So thankful! If you need a restoration company, highly recommend CARE Restoration. Great people, super responsive, and friendly. They even put on on booties every time they come in.

CARE Restoration was great! They came out to do a FREE estimate after we had a pipe burst in our crawl space. Issac was very kind, understanding of my concerns, and reassuring of his work! He let us know that we had done all the right things to dry it up and offered his expertise! He recommended we continue using our equipment but add in their dehumidifier. They quoted and charged way less than having the hassle of going to Home Depot to rent and the cost of the rental, plus they made sure prior to removing their equipment that everything was dry and we were good to go and done with cleanup. He checked all surrounding areas and reassured that mold would not be an issue. What could have cost thousands, cost a couple hundred! Definitely adding CARE Restoration to the home vendor list!

Richard Daley and Tylor Short arrived as scheduled, with a courtesy call before arriving to provide an ETA. Set up was well done with containment of the area. HEPA filter and de-humidifier were set. Two after visits were at the appointed time (no waiting for them). Cleanup was quick and complete. Nicely done work by two committed men. Our mold removal/treatment was done professionally. I recommend this company.

Our plumber said we needed a restoration company to work on some water damage and recommended CARE. They were able to come the same week to look at the project. The project was small and Jordan and Cameron were able to do the work in the same trip, saving me another half day off work. They took out a section of the ceiling, treated the mold spot, and cleaned up in about an hour. I'll definitely call them if I need this kind of work done again.

CARE Restoration did great work for us a few weeks ago. We had an unexpected plumbing emergency and they came out the same day. The crew was very professional, friendly, and helpful. They took great care not to damage our carpet and pad in the basement so that I could re-use it. Also, their price was very fair. CARE came out to inspect water damage in our home. We caught the leak quickly but wanted to be extra cautious in the event there could be additional water damage we couldn't see. Their service professional looked at the damage and told me because it was caught early there wasn't any additional repairs needed, so we wouldn't need their services. SO immensely grateful for an honest response and respect for their customers. Will definitely contact them in the future if another issue arises as I know they can be trusted.

We have a home in Lone Tree Colorado. We had a large hole in the roof that was caused by a rodent probable a squirrel. Unfortunately, we have a tile roof, and we could not see the hole. The water/snow that came through the hole impacted the Master closet, the kitchen and completely destroyed the washroom/storeroom. The team leader handling the mitigation. was a young man called Jordan. He and his team were professional, competent, smart and lived up to the company name they cared (CARE). Should any of my friends or family have such a miserable experience I would recommend them to CARE.Restoration.

In the middle of our record breaking below zero Christmas weather, I had a major leak and water in my basement . They came right out and started the process of clean up. Although it took over a week to get it dried out , I was so grateful for the daily calls, trips and monitoring of the mess. They were here when they said they would be , always followed up with a phone call with the exact time. Jordan and his crew did an excellent job, I would highly recommend this great company along with Tyco plumbing who fixed the problem.

James at CARE restoration was great to work with. We were so stressed when our dishwasher leaked and caused significant damage in our kitchen. James and his team were able to come onsite quickly, inspect the extent of the damage, and make a plan to mitigate for mold ASAP. He was thoughtful and communicative through the entire process. I had an HVAC related water issue that caused flooding and was referred to Care. Richard Bailey and Tyler Short were the 2 technicians who came out daily and handled the restoration, and they were both incredible to work with. 2 of the nicest guys you could ever meet - compassionate, genuine and hard working. Though the flooding endeavor kinda flipped my life on it's ear, Richard and Tyler made it as workable as possible for me, even went so far as to completely re-configure the fans to allow me more space. I'm very grateful to have had these guys helping me through this, and would highly recommend them to anyone! Thank you both so much for being such caring and kind humans!

I had a leak in my basement recently and CARE restoration (specifically Richard Bailey and Tylor Short) came out to give me a free estimate on the situation. I was super impressed by their knowledge of water mitigation and found them to be extremely helpful, honest, and attentive to detail. They located the spot where water was leaking in my basement, gave me mitigation recommendations (without trying to sell me any of their own products), and even took off a baseboard for me to help me dry out the room. At the end of the visit, they didn't charge me anything and made it clear that their priority was saving me money and not trying to sell me stuff I don't need. I could not have appreciated more the approach that CARE restoration took and they will definitely be my new go to remediation service when I need it.

This is the third time I have called on CARE Restoration to help at our church. Twice for water damage and once for recovery from an arson fire. I have also used them for cleaning a rental house that I owned. They are friendly, courteous and professional. I can't say enough good things about them. They are GREAT!!

We had a leaky toilet that had probably been going for months, damaging some drywall and spreading mold under our bathroom flooring. Charles, Jordan and the rest of the crew did an excellent job cleaning up and removing all the damage. They were always early, super professional, and answered every question we'd throw at them.
