CARE Restoration was founded in 2015 by skilled restoration experts with a passion for service. Instead of doing things the same old way, the founders of CARE made it their mission to combine honesty and integrity with the latest technology and continuing education.
What’s your role within the company?
I oversee all aspects of a project, from reaching out to the companies that provide additional services, to communicating with insurance companies, and everything in between. If you call me, I’ll probably be at the office!

How did you get your start in restoration?
Six weeks before the Colorado floods of 2013, I was thrown in at the deep end and very quickly had to learn all aspects of the industry.
What’s your role within the company?
My role as the Project Manager is overseeing all field projects, assisting with estimates, conducting initial assessments, and helping all the team members where I can.
What was your most memorable restoration project?
The largest loss that I have worked on was a three story commercial building totaling 30,000 square feet. The loss occurred from a massive hail and rain storm that devastated the west of Denver and the Lakewood area. The restoration required over 100 pieces of equipment and constant monitoring for the first week of operation. The cleanup efforts consisted of major demolition and removal of over a ton of impacted contents.

Working for an organization that puts the customer’s satisfaction above the bottom line is very fulfilling.
In your own words, what is the CARE Difference?
We are a locally owned company, not a franchise or a preferred vendor, so it allows us to be flexible when it comes to helping people.
Why do you enjoy working for CARE?
It’s a close knit company with lots of room for growth.
What’s your role within the company?
Lead technician. I inspect, sketch, and plan out jobs, and supervise the technicians as they do their work. I also record daily moisture readings to make sure everything is drying properly.
In your own words, what is the CARE difference?
The CARE difference comes from our very name: CARE. Unlike bigger, national companies we are able to build relationships with our customers and make sure we care for each and every one of them.
What was your most memorable experience?
My most memorable experience so far was a basement demo, filled with mold, spiders and termites. I had to put my big boy pants on and go for it!
Why do you enjoy working for CARE?
I get to meet new people every day and work with a good group of people.
What do you enjoy doing when you’re not working?
Enjoy adult beverages, play video games, hang out with my crazy wife, family and friends, and snowboard in the winter.
What was your most memorable restoration project?
We helped a contractor demo a four story sorority house. Working alongside plumbers, electricians and asbestos workers to get the entire project finished in time for the fall semester took a lot of planning!

A black widow-infested crawlspace

I enjoy seeing people happy and relieved that someone is there to help, and grateful when the job is completed.
