Founded in January 2015 by a group of experienced restoration professionals, CARE Restoration & Cleaning is determined to build its foundation on these three principles:

THEO PANGILINAN - Founder
Theo has owned businesses for many years, including working in the restoration industry since 2008. In his free time he can be found mountain biking, playing softball or hiking and camping with his son, Aiden. He also volunteers as a mentor with the I Have a Dream Foundation of Boulder County.

JAMES MEEK - General Manager
James was born in England but has lived in Colorado since 2006, working in restoration since 2013. His hobbies include hiking and photographing the scenery of his adopted home.
