Available Positions
- All aspects of water damage mitigation, mold remediation and fire and smoke restoration, including:
- Extraction of standing water
- Moving affected content
- Removal of affected materials
- Keeping job sites clean
- Following safety guidelines
- Cleaning and restocking vehicles at the end of the day
- Cleaning equipment at the end of the day
- Any other duties as assigned by the lead technician or project manager
- Effective oral communication skills
- Ability to take direction and work in a team
- Valid driver’s license Ability to regularly lift 50lbs, occasional team lifts of up to 100lbs
- Ability to climb ladders and work at ceiling height
- Ability to work in confined spaces such as attics and crawl spaces
- Availability for on-call rotation after hours and weekends.
- Experience in water damage, cleaning, or demolition an advantage but not required.
- $17-19 per hour DOE with review after 3 months
- Paid time off after 3 months
- Company provided uniform, tools and PPE
- After hours and PPE bonuses
- Full training plus opportunity to gain job specific certifications and advance within company structure
- All aspects of water damage mitigation, mold remediation and fire and smoke restoration, as well as:
- Oversee mitigation procedures on the job site
- Photograph and sketch job areas
- Enter information into job tracking software
- Communicate with customers, explaining processes and answering questions as necessary
- Communicate expectations to technicians
- Ensure safety guidelines are followed
- Ensure quality control procedures are adhered to
- Communicate job progress to project and operations managers
- Perform start and end of day checks of vehicles, equipment, and tools
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to take direction and supervise a team
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to regularly lift 50lbs, occasional team lifts of up to 100lbs
- Ability to climb ladders and work at ceiling height
- Ability to work in confined spaces such as attics and crawl spaces
- Availability for on-call rotation after hours and weekends
- Experience in water damage, cleaning, or demolition an advantage but not required
- IICRC certifications an advantage but not required
- $18-20 per hour DOE with review after 3 months
- Paid time off after 3 months
- Company provided uniform, tools and PPE
- After hours and PPE bonuses
- Full training plus opportunity to gain job specific certifications and advance within company structure
- Oversee multiple concurrent jobs
- Inspect new jobs and develop mitigation plans including sketches and photographs to develop a comprehensive estimate
- Communicate mitigation plan to customers and answer their questions
- Provide superior customer service at all times
- Communicate mitigation plan to operations manager
- Occasional communication with referral sources
- Obtain completed paperwork from customers
- Occasional communication with insurance adjusters
- Ensure all jobs are completed in compliance with industry standards, as well as Federal and State laws regarding hazardous materials
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Experience in supervising teams Valid driver’s license
- Ability to regularly lift 50lbs, occasional team lifts of up to 100lbs
- Ability to climb ladders and work at ceiling height
- Ability to work in confined spaces such as attics and crawl spaces
- Availability for on-call rotation after hours and weekends
- Experience in water damage, cleaning, or demolition preferred
- IICRC certifications preferred
- $22-25 per hour DOE with review after 3 months
- Paid time off after 3 months

- Frequent opportunities to obtain additional IICRC and other industry specific certifications
