Water & Sewage

We begin by assessing the damage and tracking the spread of the water with advanced moisture meters and sensors. This procedure of moisture mapping is a vital step in the dry-out process, allowing us to come up with an effective plan to dry out your property in the quickest and most cost-effective way.

DID YOU KNOW? You have the legal right to choose any restoration company you want, not just the one your insurance company recommends.

If your water loss is Category 1 (clean water) we continue by extracting any standing water and moving affected materials and then setting up our drying equipment. We use the very latest drying and dehumidifying technology, following all of the protocols for water damage mitigation as laid down by the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification.

DID YOU KNOW? Depending on the type of water, mold can start to grow within 24 hours of the loss occuring so it is vital to begin drying your home immediately.

If the water loss is Category 2 or 3 (known as gray or black water, including sewer backups, drain leaks or ground water), we will contain the area and set up HEPA air scrubbers to remove any harmful contaminants from the air. In these cases, some porous materials may need to be removed and disposed of or cleaned by a specialist cleaning company. In such an instance, our on-site technician will discuss the various options that are available to you before you make your decision.

DID YOU KNOW? We adhere to the industry standards as set forth by the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification in their handbook, the S500.
